When will my product get shipped to me?

If you ordered a digital product, you can download your product immediately from your account.

Physical products require some extra shipping time. We don't ship any of our products, we generally operate as a dropshipper (we take the sales, another company actually ships the product out to you). Products take about 2 weeks to ship because of the nature of our site.

Unfortunately, we can't control if you'll get any shipping notifications or tracking numbers. Some of the vendors we work with will send shipment notifications and some will not.

If your product is taking a lot longer to ship to you, it may have gotten lost in the mail. Please send us a support ticket and we'll figure out for you.
